We are aware of a current issue with IO not connecting. If you are having this issue please visit the NEW store and lay on the bed in the IO area. This small update will connect you to the new data source. Please ensure you reset IOs scripts after the update if it does not happen automatically.

Rental Info
This is an adult sim. We do not allow child/childlike avatars.
Delinquent payments will require you to pay the balance past due as well as the current week to catch up.
There will be a grace period of 48 hours delinquency before anything will be sent back and the parcel being cleared.
In order to rez you will be required to be in the land group. You will be invited to this once you rent your parcel. Additional people can be added allowing them to rez as well.
We ask that you try to keep to the theme. If you need assistance there is usually someone around that can help.
Skyboxes are permitted only at a height of 2000 and above.
Breedables / My Story are not permitted on the sim. These systems cause SIM lag and to protect our other residents we ask that you do not rez these types of systems.
If you decide to no longer rent with us, please ensure that you mark that you will not be continuing your rental.
